A new address for life,
well lived

Monument Bay, reimagining waterfront living through thoughtful design, care and community.

 Residences Lifestyle

A life continued,
not left behind

Perfectly positioned on McCabe Street in Mosman Park, Monument Bay occupies a rare stretch of peninsula where the Swan River meets the Indian Ocean. The development sits alongside the popular Tom Perrott Reserve, with a short stroll to riverside Minim Cove Park and many other green spaces not far away. Just minutes from both Leighton and Cottesloe Beach, Claremont, Fremantle and Perth’s CBD, it offers the best of waterfront living with everything close to home.

At Monument Bay, independence and support are never at odds. It’s a neighbourhood where people continue living life on their own terms, with personalised care available when it’s needed. Thoughtfully designed homes bring ease to everyday living, while shared spaces and genuine connections nurture a true sense of belonging. Here, every resident is first and foremost a neighbour.

About Monument Bay

Monument Bay is the newest chapter from Curtin Heritage, Perth’s award-winning not-for-profit provider of services for older people, including home care, residential care and retirement living.

For decades, Curtin Heritage has built communities on a simple premise: that growing older should never mean growing apart from the life you love. Monument Bay takes this further – a riverside neighbourhood where design, care and community are woven together from the ground up.
