Residences
Monument Bay offers independent living, supported living and green titled townhouse living.
With all residences designed to meet gold-standard accessible living principles, Monument Bay reimagines what a home can hold across a lifetime. Independent living apartments and supported living suites sit within considered architecture that prioritises light, flow and dignity in equal measure. Community spaces are woven through the streetscape, open to the wider public, so residents move from full independence into supported care without ever leaving the place they call home. Every gathering space, courtyard and edge has been shaped to balance connection with privacy — architecture built around belonging.
Modern Living
Contemporary & Informed by the surrounds
The architecture and design are both contemporary and sustainable, shaped by the river, the ocean and the parkland it sits within. Varied façades keep the buildings feeling residential rather than institutional, and shared spaces are pulled toward the edges, where residents and the surrounding community naturally cross paths. Materials were chosen with restraint, favouring calm and safety over spectacle, but without losing warmth – natural textures, soft tones and well-sourced finishes make everyday moments feel more restful than clinical.
Services
Health and wellness sit at the heart of daily life, with individual support and care coordination available so every resident’s needs are met without disruption to their independence. Social programs and special interest groups create natural points of connection, drawing people together around shared interests. Transport services extend that same sense of ease beyond the immediate community, keeping the wider community — family, friends, familiar places — within easy reach.

Lifestyle & Community
Communal spaces, street-facing terraces, gardens and activity hubs are all built around the same idea — that people should have reasons to leave their front door. There’s no set routine to follow; each day is yours to shape, whether that means a coffee with neighbours, a quiet morning in the garden, a walk down to the river or simply doing nothing at all.
