Designed in partnership with Cox Architecture as masterplan architect and Urbis as town planner, Monument Bay is built around a connected neighbourhood rather than large scale buildings. It’s a place designed for the way people actually want to live — with beauty, choice and a genuine sense of community woven into every street and gathering space. The same thoughtful design extends to a small-household model of care for our Supported living environment. It’s less about planning for a different life stage, and more about having the freedom to stay exactly where you already feel at home.
Every element of Monument Bay is being considered with equal ambition, from independent living residences that will offer freedom and privacy, to shared spaces that will invite connection, to technology woven quietly into daily life to support safety and independence without ever overshadowing comfort. Set in Mosman Park, right in the middle of where life happens, the location will be central to the experience, placing residents near the water and everyday amenities, with convenience, thoughtful design, and a genuine sense of community. Good design and genuine care will go hand in hand here, both working toward the same goal: helping people live well, surrounded by beauty, dignity, and choice.
